Return & Exchange Policy

Whether you are simply unsatisfied with your purchase or it is defective, no worries! We will gladly process your return for an exchange or give you an online store credit valid on vamosoutdoors.ca. Note: sale items are final sale only, and no exchanges can be offered. To apply for a return because of a defect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we may require a photograph of any defects.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed (including pre-sale orders), we cannot cancel orders once it has shipped. Please be timely and mindful!

Return Exemptions

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer can never be returned. Hang tags must still be attached to apply for a return. Sale items cannot be returned and are final sale only.

We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

USA: Returns must be made via USPS only. You must declare the return as “Canadian Goods Return”, as we will not accept packages that require customs fees and may result in the package being returned to you at your expense.

International: We do not currently offer international exchanges, but will gladly issue an online store credit for you once we receive your return package. All returned articles must be declared as “Canadian Goods Return”, as we will deduct any fees from your credit return.

Once received, we will proceed with the exchange as soon as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that the buyer must assume shipping fees for an exchange or return unless the return is for a fault of our own.

Defective Items

We take extra care to inspect each garment individually before shipping out any items. If you happen to receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate any necessary return procedure.

Once we receive your return, we will proceed with a replacement at no cost to you. If the item is out-of-stock, we will refund the method of payment used during checkout.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
